What Happens After You Call

Tell us what you are seeing and where. We will ask enough questions to work out what is likely driving it — the pest, the season and the kind of property all change the answer — and then schedule an inspection or treatment. Service is available within 24 hours of purchase. There is no call center in between; you are talking to the people who will do the work.

Worth Having Ready

• What you have seen, and where on the property — inside, crawlspace, attic, yard, outbuilding.
• How long it has been going on, and whether it is getting worse.
• The kind of property: house, lake home, acreage with barns or a shop, or a commercial building.
• Whether anything has already been treated, by you or by someone else.
• For termite work, whether you have seen swarmers, mud tubes, or damaged wood.

Service is available within 24 hours of purchase. For urgent problems such as a yellowjacket nest near a walkway or termite swarmers indoors, call or text (470) 474-2847 any time.

How much does pest control cost?

Our Priority Pest Management Plan is $119 for the initial service and $39 per month after that, with year-round coverage. Termite, mosquito, fire ant and deer programs are quoted by property because size and conditions change the work.

Do you service lake homes when the owners are away?

Yes. Many of our Lake Oconee customers are not at the house full-time. See our Lake House Pest Control page for how we handle access, scheduling and updates.

Is High Priority Pest Services licensed?

Yes. We are licensed by the State of Georgia under Pest Control Company License #100228 and carry insurance on all work.
